Abstract :
The center researce of development water for human (PUSAIR) Dept. PU Bandung located at Jl Ir. H. Djuanda no. 193 Bandung West Java is a company of the goverment instantion which work in development water for human. The trouble almost happen in PUSAIR is about the system of accounting still work in a manualy system, so in the work begin writen until financial statement has a long time and always make a mistake in the data writen. The analyst using a descriptif research, survey and experiment research method, the kind of kualitatif and kuantitatif data, the development system of methodolog are orientation of process, data, and output. And the development structure system is using waterfall system. In Accounting Information System Goods Purchase of Design from equipment purchases and expense, so that the reason to make some system design with the system complite are konteks diagram, data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram, and flowchart.The system design that include from input while the content are equipment purchase transaction and expense, process while the content are general journal and general ledger, ang the last is output while the content are financial statement balance sheet, surplus-defisit, and cash flow. Hopes the system design can fix the trouble in the realize system so then all the trouble will be finish.
