Abstract :
Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang pentingnya ASI Ekslusif. ASI ekslusif adalah pemberian ASI kepada bayi tanpa makanan dan minuman pendamping (termasuk air jeruk, madu, air gula). Yang dimulai sejak bayi baru lahir sampai dengan usia 6 bulan, setelah bayi berumur 6 bulan bayi boleh diberi makanan pendamping ASI seperti (MP-ASI) pemberian ASI bisa diteruskan hingga bayi berusia 2 tahun. Tujuan dari literatur review ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tentang tingkat pengetahuan tentang pemberian ASI ekslusif pada ibu menyusui. Metode penelitian ini yaitu telaah literatur dengan menggunakan sumber literatur primer, yaitu buku rujukan di perpustakaan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada mengenai buku maternitas dengan judul “ASI dan Menyusui, Keperawatan Maternitas†sebanyak 2 buku dan artikel penelitian yang relevan dari tahun 2010-2020 yang didapat dari Google Scholar sebanyak 10 buah. Hasil penelitian telaah literatur menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan Hasil penelitian adalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian ASI ekslusif menunjukan sebagian besar ibu memiliki pengetahuan cukup. Ibu yang memiliki tentang pemberian ASI ekslusif yang kurang, sebagian besar menunjukan mayoritas tingkat pengetahuan ibu menyusui ekslusif yaitu baik. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, ASI eklusif ABSTRACT Lack of mother's knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding. Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding for babies without complementary foods and drinks (including orange juice, honey, sugar water). Starting from the newborn until the age of 6 months, after the baby is born 6 months the baby is allowed complementary foods such as breast milk (MP-ASI) given breast milk can be continued until the baby is 2 years old. The purpose of this review literature is to discuss the level of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding in nursing mothers. This research method is literature review using primary literature sources, namely reference books at the STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada library on maternity books entitled "ASI and Breastfeeding, Nursing Maternity" as many as 2 books and relevant research articles from 2010- 2020 obtained from 2010-2020 Google Scholar as many as 10 pieces. The results of the study of the literature indicate the level of knowledge The results of the study are the level of knowledge of mothers about breastfeeding assistance shows that most mothers have sufficient knowledge. Mothers who have about exclusive breastfeeding are lacking, mostyl showing a good level of knowledge of nursing mothers. Keywords: Knowledge, exclusive breastfedding
