Abstract :
Industrial improvement at retail in Indonesia is because of impact of growing of public life level and number of residents that is increasingly increases every when. Movement of dynamic business world results emulation is sector effort for retail increasingly stringency. Various strategies applied to maintain customer that they stay and loyal to company in the middle of competitor put. For the reason this research focused execution influence of retailing mix to customer loyalty at Toko Swalayan Tiara Bandung. Purpose of this research is to know execution influence of retailing mix, knows customer loyalty, and knows execution influence of retailing mix to customer loyalty at Toko Swalayan Tiara Bandung. Method applied in this research is method survey with descriptive approach and verificative. Drawdown method of sample applies random sampling disproporsional with number of minimum samples 85 mans who is customer or visitor doing transaction in Toko Swalayan Tiara Bandung during 15 days. Where in statistical test analytical technique applies help SPSS for windows version 11.5. Result of obtainable research and data processing that relation between execution of retailing mix with customer loyalty is low and has relationship which are positive. Level of execution influence of retailing mix to customer loyalty equal to 10,69% having low relative influence because caused by high emulation is area of around by Toko Swalayan Tiara Bandung. While the rest 89,31% influenced by other factor is estimated by, management of human resource, and or quality of service. This thing indicates that increasingly good execution of retailing mix done by Toko Swalayan Tiara increasingly influential to customer loyalty.
