Abstract :
Cicaheum Statuon that located at second estate district municipality of Bandung in west java provinsi, constitute of the station that survecing vehicles currency of urban ang domestic public transport. This a queue model has random distribution both arrival and survicing that only has one system as parallely. Disciplin in it’s servicing is general disciplinary. With long maximum queue and unlimitid of source costumer. The correlation of long queue of servicing to the times of servicing that based on the survey data and the data analysis, which is uncorrelation. This thing is resulted of, the vehicles that has retribut ticket are not go out immediately. From satation gate, unlimitted in time servicing, dis – emphasis of the executive station officials to unorderly drivers.
