Abstract :
This research is to describe the development and changes in China’s economical siatem after the adoption of Liberal economic system and how that two system form a bonding that make China to a state of wealth and prosperity. Descriptive and historical method are applied by the researcher to observe the relation between the two variable used in this research, namely the implementation of liberal economical system in the People Republic of China as the independent variable and how its affect the process of economical policy making in the People Republic of China as the dependent variable. The Researcher hypothesized that if liberalization has been done in China then the economical policy will be more transparent, that been marked with the growth of the Gross National Product of China It shown that the result of this research is with applying the liberal system in the economical base of China the economical policy is becoming more transparent and have impacted in the growth of income for the people of The People Republic of China. So it can be stated that the hypothesis is acceptable.
