Abstract :
Each activity that implemented by organization or enterprise cannot be separated from human resources. One effort to manage human resources with implement performance evolution to be considerartion in determining employee promotion.The objective of this research is to identify how performance evalution influence through employee promotion on PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Bandung. The objectives of this reseach is to know : (1) influence of performance on PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Bandung. (2) Employees satisfaction on PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Bandung. (3) the influence of performance apraisal to the employees satisfaction on PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Bandung. Method which is used in this research is method of survey and explanatory research descriptive used to know the role of career development to merease job performance employe labour capacity and veripikative used to test its statistic. Taked responden counted 77 employee with technique of sample the taken is sampling random sample and its analysis method use spearman rank countruetively program of SPSS 14.0 For Windows. After implemented data collection with using rank sperman correlation then required value 0,788 that show two such variable relationship is valid and proper. Determination coefficient result in 62,09 % that show performance san influence employee promotion is 62,09 % while remaining is 37,91 % which can be influenced by order factor such as seniority, education blackground, work experience that owned by employee as well as other factor.
