Abstract :
The final report shows the description of the writer’s job-training activities in Bank Pembangunan Daerah East Kalimantan. The tittle of this report is “The application of Service of Excellent in customer service unit at Bank Pembangunan Daerah East Kalimantan”. In this report, the writer describes the application of Service of Excellent in details. In the job-training, the writer was assigned as a customer service. The writer worked as an assistant who carried out the work relating to the customer services and communicate with the customers. In practices, the writer is directly related to the all services in customer services unit. Based on the finding, the excellent and qualified service to the customers is one of the main keys in the success of Bank Pembangunan Daerah East Kalimantan. Therefore, the customer service applies Service of Excellent as a part of services from BPD Kaltim that directly related to its customers.
