Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh formula plastik biodegradable yang memenuhi karakteristik syarat evaluasi plastik biodegradable meliputi uji ketebalan, uji daya serap, uji mekanik, uji tensile strength, elongation at break, modulus young dan uji biodegradasi. Hasil pengujian plastik biodegradable diperoleh formula terbaik yaitu formula 8, 9 dan 10 berdasarkan uji karakteristik ketebalan dengan parameter JIS (Japanesse Industrial Standart) <0,05 mm. Uji tensile strenght terbaik formula 10 dengan nilai 2.14 Mpa ASTM D-638 (2015) dengan parameter 1-10 Mpa, Uji Elongation terbaik formula 8 dan 9 yakni 65.49% dan 52.14%. Nilai modulus young terbaik pada formula 9 dan 10 yakni 1.13 Mpa dan 1.04 Mpa.This study aims to obtain biodegradable plastic formulas that meet the evaluation requirements of biodegradable plastics including thickness test, absorption test, tensile strength test, elongation at break, modulus young and biodegradation test. The results of testing biodegradable plastics obtained the best formulas, there are formulas 8, 9 and 10 based on the thickness characteristic test with JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) <0.05 mm parameters.Tensile strength test formula 10 with a value of 2.14 Mpa ASTM D-638 (2015) with parameters 1-10 Mpa, the best Elongation Test formulas 8 and 9 are 65.49% and 52.14%. The best value of Young's modulus in formulas 9 and 10 are 1.13 Mpa and 1.04 Mpa
