Abstract :
ABSTRAK Gambaran Nilai SGOT Dan SGPT Pada Penderita Tuberculosis Pengobatan Fase Awal (Intensif) Di RSUD 45 Kuningan Rifki Khoerul Apandi, dr. Hendro Kasmanto, M.KM, Yosep Hadiansah, M.Si Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan DIII Teknologi Labolatorium Medik Tuberculosis merupakan salah satu penyakit Infeksius, yang menyerang organ tubuh Paru-Paru..Cara penularan penyakit Tuberculosis ini dapat melalui droplet dari udara, pada saat seseorang batuk. Pengobatan Tuberculosis dengan 2 fase yang berbeda, fase awal dan fase lanjutan, dengan penggunaan obat yang lama harus di waspadai terhadap efek samping obat (Hepatotoksisitas) dengan cara memonitoring kadar fungsi Hati SGOT dan SGPT.Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar SGOT dan SGPT pasien Tuberculosis yang melakukan pengobatan di RSUD 45 Kuningan dengan jumlah sampel 16 orang, Dari 16 sampel yang diperoleh, 74% normal, dan masing-masing kenaikan kadar SGOT dan SGPT sebanyak 13%, disarankan kepada pasien sesudah maupun sebelum pengobatan agar memperhatikan asupan gizi, istirahat yang cukup, dan mengkonsumsi obat secara teratur. Kata kunci : Tuberculosis, SGOT, SGPT Tuberculosis is an infectious disease, which attacks the body's lungs. Tuberculosis treatment with 2 different phases, the initial phase and the continuation phase, with the long use of the drug must be aware of the side effects of the drug (hepatotoxicity) by monitoring the levels of SGOT and SGPT liver function. Tuberculosis who treated at RSUD 45 Kuningan with a total sample of 16 people. Of the 16 samples obtained, 74% were normal, and each increase in SGOT and SGPT levels was 13%, it is recommended to patients before and before treatment to pay attention to nutritional intake, rest enough, and take medication regularly.
