Abstract :
The COVID-19 pandemic has had far-reaching consequences in many areas of life, including health. Because of the spread of COVID-19, many people refuse to carry out immunizations at health facilities, especially puskesmas, because of fears and concerns about contracting covid-19. This is a major factor in the decline of routine immunization services for children. Workload is a method or activity that must be completed by a worker within a certain time. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of routine immunization at the Tasikmalaya Regency Health Center and the workload of health workers before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used was analytic observational using a cohort study. The data gathering instrument used in this study was a closed questionnaire. During this pandemic, the workload of health workers was very high because the task as a vaccinator requires a lot of time and energy in addition to doing the main task. The conclusion of the research on workload analysis in routine immunization programs during the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on increasing workload due to double work, while service time was limited to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
