ABSTRAK Efektivitas Sediaan Salep Ekstrak Etanol Daun Kenikir (Cosmos caudatus Kunth.) Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Sayat Pada Mencit (Mus musculus L.) Tanziila Ayu Zharifa Noor Program studi S1 Farmasi, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada, Tasikmalaya Kulit sangat rentan terhadap luka karena kulit terletak dibagian terluar tubuh, pada keseharian masyarakat luka terbuka merupakan permasalahan yang banyak terjadi menurut data riset kesehatan tahun 2018 diperoleh data prevalensi kejadian luka terbuka sebesar 20,1% berdasarkan populasi penduduk yang terganggu kesehariannya akibat cedera luka. Daun kenikir (Cosmos caudatus K.) merupakan tanaman yang memiliki kandungan senyawa flavonoid, fenolik, saponin, tanin, dan steroid, kadungan tersebut diduga dapat mempercepat penyembuhan luka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas sediaan salep ekstrak etanol daun kenikir (Cosmos caudatus K.) terhadap penyembuhan luka sayat pada mencit (Mus muculus L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan hewan uji sebanyak 25 (lima) ekor dengan 5 (lima) kelompok perlakuan, yaitu kontrol positif dengan salep povidone iodine, Kontrol negatif dengan pemberian basis salep, Salep ekstrak etanol daun kenikir 7,5%, Salep ekstrak etanol daun kenikir 15%, Salep ekstrak etanol 30%. Semua mencit dilukai sepanjang 1,5 cm dengan kedalaman 0,2 cm. Pemberian sediaan salep dilakukan sekali sehari dan dilakukan pengamatan selama 16 hari. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan software SPSS, Hasil dilakukan uji kenormalan data dengan uji Shapiro wilk, uji homogenitas levene test, one way ANOVA, dan uji lanjut beda nyata terkecil (LSD) pada taraf kepercayaan 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sediaan ekstrak etanol daun kenikir pada konsentrasi 30% memiliki efektivitas terbaik terhadap penyembuhan luka sayat pada mencit yang dapat dilihat dari presentase penyembuhan luka yang lebih besar dari kelompok kontrol positif dengan presentase 62,12% dan dengan presentase efektivitas sebesar 12,99%. Ointment Preparation Against Wound Healing On Mice (Mus muculus L.) Tanziila Ayu Zharifa Noor Program studi S1 Farmasi, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada, Tasikmalaya The skin is very vulnerable to injury because the skin is located in the outermost part of the body, in everyday life open wounds are a problem that occurs a lot according to health research data in 2018 obtained data on the prevalence of open wounds of 20.1% based on the population of residents who are disturbed daily due to wound injuries. Kenikir leaves (Cosmos caudatus K.) are plants that contain flavonoids, phenolics, saponins, tannins, and steroids, these ingredients are known to accelerate wound healing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of ethanol extract ointment preparations of kenikir leaves (Cosmos caudatus K.) against healing incision wounds in mice (Mus muculus L.). This study used 25 (five) test animals with 5 (five) treatment groups, namely positive control with povidone iodine ointment, negative control with ointment base, 7.5% kenikir leaf ethanol extract ointment, 15% kenikir leaf ethanol extract ointment, 30% ethanol extract ointment. All mice were wound 1.5 cm long with a depth of 0.2 cm. Ointment preparations are given once a day and observation is carried out for 16 days. The data obtained were then analyzed with SPSS software, the results were carried out data normality tests with the Shapiro wilk test, levene homogeneity test, one way ANOVA, and the smallest real difference further test (LSD) at a confidence level of 5%. The results of this study showed that ethanol extract preparations of kenikir leaves at concentrations of 15% and 30% had effectiveness against wound healing in mice which could be seen from a greater percentage of wound healing than the positive control group with percentage 63,12% and with percentage of effectiveness 12,99%.
