PROGRAM STUDI D III KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Juli 2023 Vina Cahya Isabel Penerapan Kompres Dingin Pada Perineum Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Pada Ibu Pospartum Dengan Luka Episiotomi Di Ruang Melati Lantai 2A RSUD Dr Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya xiv + 83 halaman + 19 tabel + 5 gambar + 11 lampiran ABSTRAK Masa postpartum atau masa nifas dimulai setelah lahirnya plasenta dan berakhir ketika rahim kembali ke keadaan sebelum hamil, yaitu berlangsung selama 6 minggu atau 42 hari. Perubahan postpartum pada perineum yaitu dapat terjadi robekan. yang terjadi secara spontan ataupun dengan sengaja melalui tindakan episiotomi. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan kompres dingin pada perineum terhadap penurunan nyeri pada ibu postpartum dengan luka episiotomi. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subyek sebanyak 2 orang dengan kasus yang sama yaitu nyeri akut.Instrumen studi kasus yaitu SOP kompres dingin, lembar observasi, panduan wawancara dan lembar hasil pemeriksaan biofisiologis. Hasil studi kasus menunjukan bahwa setelah diberikan kompres dingin pada perineum dengan luka episiotomi, pada hari pertama, subyek I skala nyeri 3, ada ketegangann otot, TD ; 120/80mmhg, nadi: 90x/menit respirasi ; 20x/menit sedangkan subyek II skala nyeri 2, ada ada ketegangan otot. Pada hari kedua , subyek I skala nyeri 2, ada ketegangan otot, TD: 110/70mmhg, nadi: 60x/menit, respirasi : 20x/menit, sedangkan subyek II skala nyeri 2 , ada ketegangan otot. Hari ketiga. subyek I skala nyeri 0 , TD: 130/70mmhg, nadi:100x/menit, respirasi: 21x/menit, tidak ada ketegangan otot, sedangkan subyek II skala nyeri 0, tidak ada ketegangan otot. Kesimpulan yaitu terdapat perubahan /respon verbal, non verbal, dan biofisiologis yang membaik setelah dikompres dingin. Disarankan untuk ibu postpartum dengan luka episiotomi dapat menerapkan kompres dingin untuk mengurangi nyeri. Postpartum changes in the perineum, namely tears can occur. either spontaneously or on purpose through an episiotomy. The purpose of this case study was to identify the application of cold compresses to the perineum to reduce pain in postpartum women with episiotomy wounds. The research design used a descriptive case study with a case study approach. Subjects were 2 people with the same case, namely acute pain. Case study instruments were cold compress SOP, observation sheets, interview guides and biophysiological examination results sheets. The results showed that after being given cold compresses to the perineum with an episiotomy wound, on the first day, subject I had a pain scale of 3, there was muscle tension, BP ; 120/80mmhg, pulse: 90x/minute respiration ; 20x/minute while subject II pain scale is 2, there was muscle tension. On the second day, subject I had a pain scale of 2, there was muscle tension, BP: 110/70mmhg, pulse: 60x/minute, respiration: 20x/minute, while subject II had a pain scale of 2, there was muscle tension. On the third day. subject I pain scale 0 , BP: 130/70mmhg, pulse: 100x/minute, respiration: 21x/minute, no muscle tension, while subject II pain scale 0, no muscle tension. The conclusion is that there are verbal, non-verbal, and biophysiological changes/responses that improve after cold compresses.
