Gambaran Pemeriksaan Jumlah Leukosit Pada Pasien Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut Di Puskesmas Bantar Kota Tasikmalaya Sephia Wulandari,Hendro Kasmanto,Rochamanah Suhartati Program Studi DIII Analis Kesehatan Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Abstrak Infeksi pernapasan akut (ISPA) merupakan suatu peradangan akut pada saluran pernapasan bagian atas. Infeksi saluran pernapasan akut merupakan peringkat tertinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok penyakit lainnya. Pemeriksaan hitung jumlah leukosit menggunakan metode hematology analyzer dan metode improve Neubauer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaan jumlah leukosit pada penderita Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) di Puskesmas Kota Bantar Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan hasil dari pemeriksaan jumlah leukosit pada 30 sampel pasien ISPA di PuskesmasKota Bantar Tasikmalaya didapatkan 1 orang (3%) dengan hasil tinggi (leukositosis), 27 orang (90%) dengan hasil normal dan 2 orang (7%) mendapatkan hasil rendah (leukopenia). Kesimpulan dari penelitian tentang gambaran jumlah leukosit pada pasien Infeksi Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) dari 30 responden didapatkan hasil pemeriksaan leukosit 1 orang tinggi, 27 orang normal dan 2 orang rendah. Based on the results of examining the number of leukocytes in 30 samples of Acute Respiratory Tract Infection patients at the Bantar Community Health Center, Tasikmalaya City, 1 person (3%) had high results (leukocytosis), 27 people (90%) had normal results and 2 people (7%) had low yield (leukopenia). The conclusion of the research regarding the description of the number of leukocytes in Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) patients from 30 respondents showed that the leukocyte examination results of 1 person were high, 27 people were normal and 2 people were low.
