Abstract :
DIII Analis Kesehatan/TLM Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Hilda Yuniar Maheda, Korry Novitriani, Rochmanah Suhartati Keberadaan mikroba sebagai indikator kualitas air adalah salah satu syarat untuk air minum yang layak konsumsi. Jumlah bakteri yang tumbuh dan berkembang di dalam air menentukan kualitas air. Adapun dua jenis bakteri yang hidup dalam air yakni Coliform dan Escherichia coli. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas air minum yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat di RT 01 RW 09 Desa Sukalaksana Kota Tasikmalaya telah memenuhi persyaratan dengan parameter mikrobiologi sesuai dengan Permenkes RI Nomor 2 Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan membran filter. Sampel diambil dari 6 rumah warga. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dinyatakan bahwa semua sampel tidak memenuhi syarat. Nilai indeks Escherichia coli pada sampel yang telah diperiksa berada pada rentang 14 - <1.000 CFU/100 mL, sedangkan total Coliform berada pada rentang 0 ? 560 CFU/100 mL. Persyaratan koloni air minum yaitu Escherichia coli 0 CFU/100 mL dan total Coliform 0 CFU/100 mL. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kualitas air minum di daerah tersebut tidak memenuhi standar baku sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan. The number of bacteria that grow and develop in water determines its quality. There are two types of bacteria that live in water, namely Coliform and Escherichia coli. This research aims to determine whether the quality of drinking water consumed by the community in RT 01 RW 09 Sukalaksana Village, Tasikmalaya City, meets the requirements for microbiological parameters according to Regulation No. 2 of the Minister of Health of the Republic Indonesia for 2023. This research method uses a membrane filter. Samples were taken from six resident?s houses. The results of the research conducted stated that the entire sample did not meet the requirements. The Escherichia coli index value in the sampels that have been examined is in the range of 14 - <1.000 CFU/100 mL, while total Coliform 0 ? 560 CFU/100 mL. The requirements for drinking water colonies are Escherichia coli 0 CFU/100 mL and total Coliform 0 CFU/100 mL. The conclusion of this research is that the quality of drinking water the area does not meet the standards in accordance with established requirements.
