Abstract :
PROGRAM STUDI S1 FARMASI FAKULTAS FARMASI UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA TASIKMALAYA SKRIPSI, JUNI 2024 PUTRI SALMA MAULIDA Abstrak Hipertensi adalah kondisi tekanan darah melebihi batas normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai utilitas pasien hipertensi dengan pasien hipertensi yang disertai penyakit penyerta. Penelitian merupakan deskriptif observasional dengan desain cross sectional dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara prospektif pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling serta pengolahan data menggunakan instrumen EQ-5D-5L. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan utilitas pasien hipertensi 0,669, hipertensi disertai DM 0,578, hipertensi disertai osteoartitis 0,640, hipertensi disertai lambung 0,651, hipertensi disertai jantung 0,537 dan hipertensi disertai penyakit ginjal, katarak, stroke 0,148. Kesimpulan, pasien hipertensi memiliki utilitas paling baik yaitu 0,669. This study aims to determine the utility value of patients with Hypertensive patients with hypertensive patients with comorbidities. The study was descriptive observational with a cross-sectional design and data collection is done prospectively. sampling with purposive sampling and data processing using the EQ-5D-5L instrument. The sample of this study amounted to 100 people data processing using SPSS application. The results showed the utility of hypertensive patients 0.669, hypertension accompanied by DM 0.578, hypertension accompanied by osteoarthritis 0.640, hypertension accompanied by stomach 0.651, hypertension accompanied by heart 0.537 and hypertension accompanied by kidney disease, cataract, stroke 0.148.
