Abstract :
Taswin Pagaila', Nirm: 3020154084, compose a thesis with the title "Integrity case study of pastors as church leadersh in building the faith of the church in GPdl Bethesda Pa'bakka". The purpose of this research is to describe the role of pastors as church leaders with integrity in building the faith of the congregation in GPdl Bethesda Pa'bakka. Pastors as a leader is a person who is able to influence people of groups of people to achieve as someone who is able to resolve problems, beside that a pastors must also be able to self a good exanple and example for the congregation and be able to live with integrity. Things that later became the writers thought to see how the pastors role as a leader to build church fqith in the GPdl Bethesda Pa'bakka if the pastor himself experiences many weakness in Service such as problems in the family that lead to divorce and problems with neighbors. In completing this writing the method used by the writer is a qualitative research method, using observation and interviews, with data management techniquis through data editing, data presentation, and drawing cinclusions. The result of the study prove that the role of pastors as leaders to build the faith of the church is still lacking. Seeing this, it is expected that the minister if pastor to provide good examples and examples for the church ttrough its integrity, both in Service and in daily life
