Abstract :
ABSTRAK Studi Eksegesis Komparatif Tentang Antikristus Menurut Rasul Yohanes berdasarkan Kitab I Yohanes 2: 18-19, II Yohanes 1:7 Dan Wahyu 13:18, tulisan ini adalah sebuah bentuk perhatian dan keprihatinan penulis terhadap masih banyaknya kaum Kristen yang belum sepenuhnya mengetahui siapa dan kapan antikristus akan datang berdasarkan penjelasan yang alkitabiah. Kebenaran berdasarkan eksegesis Alkitab seharusnya menjadi landasan utama yang digunakan umat Kristiani dalam memahami siapa antikristus. Penulis mengkaji menggunakan pisau bedah studi eksegesis komparatif berdasarkan tiga teks yakni I Yohanes 2:18-19, II Yohanes 1:7, dan Wahyu 13:18 untuk memahami berbagai konsep tentang antikristus secara lebih mendalam dan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang antikristus serta implikasinya bagi kehidupan orang percaya. Di akhir tulisan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Kitab Wahyu 13:18 memberikan gambaran tentang situasi di masa depan yang melibatkan antikristus dan kekacauan yang dihasilkan, sementara Kitab 1 Yohanes 2:18-19 dan Kitab II Yohanes 1:7 lebih fokus pada peran antikristus dalam konteks yang berbeda. Meskipun demikian, ketiga pasal ini memberikan perspektif yang berbeda tentang kedatangan dan tindakan Antikristus. Kata Kunci: Antikristus, Kristen, Eksegesis, Studi Komparatif, kedatangan, Yohanes, ABSTRACT This paper is a form of the author's attention and concern for the many Christians who do not fully know who and when the antichrist will come based on biblical explanations. Truth based on biblical exegesis should be the main foundation used by Christians in understanding who the antichrist is. The author uses the scalpel of comparative exegesis study based on three texts namely I John 2:18-19, II John 1:7, and Revelation 13:18 to understand various concepts about the antichrist more deeply and is expected to contribute to a better understanding of the antichrist and its implications for the lives of believers.At the end of the paper, the author concludes that Revelation 13:18 provides a description of the future situation involving the antichrist and the resulting chaos, while I John 2:18-19 and II John 1:7 focus more on the role of the antichrist in different contexts. Nonetheless, these three chapters provide different perspectives on the coming and actions of the Antichrist. Keywords: Antichrist, Christianity, Exegesis, Comparative Study, Coming, John.
