Abstract :
Julianti Tiku Sambara 2020164499/ Case of study Pastoral Assistance Efforts for Families of Victim the termination of employment (PHK) at Toraja Church Congregation?s Tombangkalua? Presbytery Kesu? La?bo?. Supervised by Yanni Paembonan, M.Pd.K and Yan Malino, M.Pd.K. The matter thing to examined in this thesis is about the importance of the assistance Services provided by the church to families of victim the termination of employment (PHK) at Toraja Church Congregation?s Tombangkalua? Presbytery Kesu? La?bo?, namely the writer see that the church in this case has not been maximally carry out assistance to restore feelings of sadness to the families of victim the termination of employment. Therefore it is hoped that effective pastoral assistance to families of victim the termination of employment (PHK), so that families feel that the church cares about the problems being experienced by the family This topic is researched by using case study research methods and qualitative approaches through literature study, observation, and interviews. Through this research, the writer hopes the church will effectively serve the family, so that the family feels helped by everything the church does to strengthen the faith and provide Solutions to the problems experienced.
