Abstract :
ABSTRAK Novianti, (3020196394), menyusun Skripsi dengan judul "Analisis Kinerja Aparat Lurah Berdasarkan Perspektif Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanann Kepada Masyarakat di Kelurahan Botang" Skripsi ini ditulis di bawah dibimbingan Sumiati Putri Natalia, M.Pd dengan Anissa Citra Paonganan, M.Pd. Adapun latar belakang dari penulisan ini yaitu, dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, khususnya pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat setempat, juga masih belum berjalan optimal dalam hal ini aparat masih berbelit-belit dalam memberi pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mendeskripsikan Kinerja Aparat Lurah berdasarkan perspektif kepemimpinan transformasioanal dan Untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat kinerja apartur. Kemudian teori yang digunakan dalam penluisan ini yaitu, teori kepemimpinan trasformasional dengan indikator sebagai berikut : Pengaruh ideal, pertimbangan individual serta motivasi inspirasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja aparat lurah berdasarkan perspektfi kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat itu belum dikatakan berjalan dengan baik karena ada beberapa point atau indikator yang belum terlaksana dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja Aparat, Pelayanan Publik ABSTRACK Novianti, (3020196394), compiled a thesis entitled "Analysis of Govermance Apparatus Perforniance Based on the Perspective of Transformational Leadership in Improving Services to the Community in Botang Village" This thesis was written under the guidance ofSumiati Putri Natalia, M.Pd. and Anissa Citra Paonganan, M.Pd. The background of this writing is that in providing public Services, especially administrative Services to the local community, they are still not running optimally, in this case the apparatus is still convoluted in providing Services. The purpose of this research is to describe the performance of Lurah apparatus based on the perspective of transformational leadership and to describe the inhibiting factors ofapartur performance. Then the theory used in this writing is the theory of transformational leadership with the following indicators: ideal influence, individual consideration and inspirational motivation. Based on the results of field research, it shows that the performance of the lurah apparatus based on the perspective of transformational leadership in improving Services to the community has not been said to be going well because there are several points or indicators that have not been implemented properly.
