Abstract :
Jhonsi Taranda?(2020164773) menyusun skripsi dengan judul: ?Analisis Teologis Pemahaman Anggota Jemaat Tentang Mitos Praktek Mantore? Bombo Di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Dulang Klasis Madandan?, Skripsi ini dibimbing oleh Ibu Novita Toding M.Pd. dan Ibu Alfrida Lembang M.Pd.K. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman anggota Jemaat tentang Praktik Mantore? Bombo dalam hal menunda kematian seseorang di Jemaat Dulang Klasis Madandan. Penulis mengangkat topik ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebanyakan anggota Jemaat yang masih melekat pemahaman dari Aluk Todolo yang dibawah ke dalam kehidupan beijemaat. Dari skripsi ini rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana pemahaman anggota Jemaat tentang Praktik Malore' Bombo dan kemana jiwa setelah kematian. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan studi pustaka, observasi atau penelitian dan wawancara dengan menetapkan 10 informan, yang terdiri dari Pendeta,Penatua, Diaken anggota jemaat dan tua-tua adat. Dengan demikian dari penelitian ini, penulis mengharapkan warga jemaat sunggu-sunggu hidup dalam Kristen dan meninggalkan paham-paham lama yang bertolak belakang dengan ajaran Kristenan. Bombo praktice in the Toraja church of thr Madandan klasis congregation?, This thesis was supervised by Mrs. Novita Toding, M.Pd and Mrs. Alfrida Lembang, M.Pd.K this tesis aims to analyze the understending of members of the congregation about the practice of Mantore? Bombo in terms of delaying the death of a person in the Dulang Klasis Madandan congregation. The author raises this topic as the background of most members of tlie congregation who are still attached to the understending of Aluk Todolo which is brought into the life of the congregation. From this thesis, the formulation of the problem raised is how the members of the congregation understand the practice of Mantore? Bombo and where the soul is after death. In this study the authors used qualitative research methods throught collection techniques of literature study, observation or research and interviews by assigning 10 informants, consisting of pastors, elders, deacons, church members and traditional elders. Thus, from this research, the authors hope that members of the congregation will truly live in Christianity and leave old ideas that are contaiy to Christianity.
