Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berangkat dari masalah dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen guru menerapkan teori belajar behavioristik dengan memberikan stimulus dengan menunjukkan perilaku yang baik kepada siswa, namun masih ada 11 siswa yang masih menunjukkan respons atau perilaku yang baik sesuai dengan apa yang sudah diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi teori belajar behavioristik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen kelas VII B di UPT SMP Kristen Kandora. Stimulus yang diberikan oleh guru masih belum maksimal untuk memunculkan respons yang baik oleh siswa. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teori belajar behavioristik adalah salah satu teori belajar yang mengedepankan perubahan tingkah laku peserta didik sebagai hasil dari proses pembelajaran. Penerapan teori belajar behavioristik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen kelas VII B di UPT SMP Kristen Kandora, dalam penerapan teori belajar behavioristik guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen memberikan stimulus berupa pujian kepada siswa untuk mengapresiasi apa yang sudah ditunjukkan oleh siswa. Namun dalam penerapannya belum maksimal dikarenakan ada beberapa faktor yang menghambat seperti guru yang memiliki keterbatasan, faktor yang berasal dari luar seperti lingkungan, dan faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa sendiri. This study aims to analyse the implementation of behaviouristic learning theory in learning Christian Religious Education class VII B at UPT SMP Kristen Kandora. The stimulus provided by the teacher is still not optimal to elicit a good response by students. This paper uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection through observation and interviews. Behaviouristic learning theory is one of the learning theories that prioritises changes in students' behaviour as a result of the learning process. The application of behaviouristic learning theory in learning Christian Religious Education class VII B at UPT SMP Kristen Kandora, in the application of behaviouristic learning theory Christian Religious Education teachers provide stimulus in the form of praise to students to appreciate what students have shown. However, the application is not optimal because there are several factors that hinder such as teachers who have limitations, factors that come from outside such as the environment, and factors that come from within the students themselves.
