Abstract :
Febrianto Pangrelli Gomer, 2020207872, menyusun skripsi dengan judul Analisis Teologis Upaya Majelis Gereja Dalam Mengatasi Degradasi Moral Pemuda Di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Pniel Sopu Klasis Sigi Lore Penelitian ini mengkaji secara teologis upaya Majelis Gereja dalam mengatasi degradasi moral pemuda di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Pniel Sopu Klasis Sigi Lore. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan tujuan untuk menguraikan dan menganalisis secara teologis upaya majelis gereja dalam mengatasi degradasi moral pemuda. Studi ini mengidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan moral di kalangan pemuda, termasuk pergaulan tidak sehat, konsumsi minuman keras, paparan konten negatif media sosial, dan kasus kehamilan di luar nikah. Faktor-faktor penyebab meliputi fokus berlebihan pada hal duniawi, kurangnya penghargaan terhadap orang tua, dan minimnya bimbingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya Majelis Gereja melalui keteladanan, pemuridan, pembinaan, dan kerjasama dengan pemerintah serta orang tua harus lebih ditingkatkan. Hambatan utama mencakup kesulitan mengatur pemuda, keterbatasan komunikasi, dan pengaruh negatif lingkungan serta media sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya pendekatan holistik dan terpadu yang berfokus pada pengembangan karakter, literasi media, dan pendekatan personal, dengan berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip Alkitabiah. This study examines the theological efforts of the Church Council in overcoming the moral degradation of youth in the Toraja Jemaat Pniel Sopu Klasis Sigi Lore Church. Using a descriptive qualitative method, it aims to describe and analyze theologically the efforts of the church assembly in overcoming the moral degradation of youth. The study identified various moral problems among the youth, including unhealthy relationships, alcohol consumption, exposure to negative social media content, and cases of pregnancy outside marriage. Contributing factors include excessive focus on worldly matters, lack of respect for parents, and lack of guidance. The results show that the Church Council's efforts through modeling, discipleship, coaching, and cooperation with the government and parents should be further enhanced. The main obstacles include difficulties in managing youth, communication limitations, and the negative influence of the environment and social media. The study concludes that a holistic and integrated approach focusing on character development, media literacy, and a personalized approach is needed, grounded in Biblical principles.
