Abstract :
Laurenz Gabriella Ka'bu' (2020207434), penerapan diakonia transformatif bagi remaja yang putus sekolah di Gereja Toraja Jemaat So'so', dibawah bimbingan Semuel Tokam, M.Th sebagai dosen pembimbing I dan Yelinda Sri Silvia, M.Th sebagai pembimbing U. Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang pelaksanaan diakonia transformatif di Jemaat So'so7 yang belum menyentuh remaja putus sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep penerapan diakonia transformatif bagi remaja yang putus sekolah. Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pelayanan diakonia transformatif bagi remaja yang putus sekolah, dengan demikian perlu melaksanakan konsep diakonia transformatif sebagai berikut: Pertama, mentransformasi pada aspek pendidikan, dengan memberikan alternatif akses pendidikan melalui pelatihan keterampilan. Kedua, memberikan motivasi dan menyediakan layanan pendampingan untuk membangun motivasi remaja memahami jati diri mereka dan potensi yang mereka miliki. Ketiga, memberdayakan dengan memberikan kesempatan untuk lebih banyak berpartisipasi dalam pelayanan gereja. Keempat, membangun kerja sama dengan pemerintah atau pihak lain untuk menciptakan program-program beasiswa berkelanjutan, serta mengumpulkan sumberdaya seperti dana atau fasilitas untuk mendukung pelaksanaan program. This paper examines the implementation of transformative diakonia in the So'so' congregation, which has notyet touched adolescents who have dropped out of school. This research uses a qualitative method with a field study approach. This study aims to describe the concept of implementing transformative diakonia for teenagers who drop out of school. The results of research in the field show that there is no transformative diaconal Servicefor teenagers who have dropped out of school, thus it is necessary to implement the concept of transformative diaconia asfollows: First, transfbrming the education aspect by providing alternative access to education through skills training. Second, providing motivation and mentoring Services to motivate adolescents to understand who they are and ministry. Fourth, build partnerships with the government or other parties to create sustainable scholarship programs, and gather resources such as funds or facilities to support program implementation.
