Abstract :
ABSTRAK Veronika Tangiruru, 2023. Perencanaan Konseling Pastoral dengan Teknik Behavioral Rehearsal terhadap Perilaku Remaja Putus Sekolah di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Karappa? Klasis Rembon Sado?ko?. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Yonatan Sumarto, M.Th., selaku dosen pembimbing I dan Rinaldus Tanduklangi, M.Pd., selaku dosen pembimbing II. Masa remaja merupakan masa yang sangat sulit, dimana pada masa ini remaja banyak mengalami perubahan yang dapat mempengaruhi segala hal secara khusus pada perilaku remaja. Putus sekolah merupakan murid yang tidak dapat menyelesaikan program belajarnya sebelum waktunya selesai atau murid yang tidak tamat menyelesaikan program belajarnya. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan dalam melakukan proses konseling yaitu teknik behavioral rehearsal. Dalam melakukan konseling terlebih dahulu dilakukan perencanaan layanan konseling. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan penulis setelah melakukan layanan konseling pastoral dengan teknik behavioral rehearsal terhadap remaja putus sekolah. Penulis menemukan bahwa layanan konseling terhadap remaja yang putus sekolah sangat berpengaruh dalam proses konseling yang akan dilakukan pada remaja, sehingga remaja dapat mengubah pola pikir dan mengurangi perilaku negatif yang dialami. Adolescence is a very difficult period, where during this period adolescents experience many changes that can affect everything, especially adolescent behavior. Dropouts are students who cannot complete their study program before the time is up or students who do not complete their study program. One of the techniques used in carrying out the counseling process is the behavioral rehearsal technique. In conducting counseling, counseling service planning is first carried out. The methodology used in this research is qualitative research using case study methods, data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The results of the research were obtained by the author after carrying out pastoral counseling services with behavioral rehearsal techniques for dropout adolescents. The author found that counseling services for adolescents who drop out of school are very influential in the counseling process that will be carried out for adolescents, so that adolescents can change their mindset and reduce the negative behavior they experience.
