Abstract :
Orang yang hidup dengan HTV/AIDS, bukan hanya berurusan dengan kondisi penyakit, tetapi juga merasakan berbagai macam persoalan yang dapat menambah beban psikospiritual. Kondisi psikospiritual yang dirasakan oleh pasien HIV/AIDS adalah perasaan bersalah, rendah diri dan menyesal atas perbuatan yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana analisis tahapan layanan konseling pastoral terhadap psikospiritual pasien HTV/AIDS. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan penulis menganalisis tahapan layanan konseling terhadap psikospiritual pasien HIV/AIDS. Setelah menganalisis tahapan layanan konseling di Rumah Sakit Elim Rantepao, penulis menemukan bahwa proses tahapan layanan konseling pastoral bagi kondisi psikospiritual pasien secara keseluruhan menggunakan pendekatan persahabatan namun secara teori tidak evektif memberikan dampak bagi kondisi fisik, mental, dan spiritual bagi pasien karena kurang mendalami teori tujuan dan fungsi konseling pastoral yang sebenarnya. People living with HIV/AIDS not only deal ivith the condition of the disease, but also experience various kinds of problems that can add to the psychospiritual burden. The psychospiritual conditions felt by HIV/AIDS patients are feelings ofguilt, lozv self-esteem and regret for the actions they have committed. This research aims to describe the analysis of the stages of pastoral counseling Services for the psychospirituality of HIV/AIDS patients. The type of research used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This approach allows the author to analyze the stages of sychospiritual counseling Services for HIV/AIDS patients. After analyzing the stages of counseling Services at Elim Rantepao Hospital, the author found that the process of the stages of pastoral counseling Services for the patient's psychospiritual condition is that overall it uses a friendship approach but in theory it is not effective in having an impact on the patient's physical, mental and spiritual conditions because ofa lack ofdepth in theory. the true goals and functions of pastoral counseling.
