Abstract :
Salah satu aspek yang membentuk guru secara profesional yang berkepribadian baik dan terkait dengan tugas pokoknya adalah aspek kedisiplinan, yaitu kedisiplinan merupakan salah satu ciri khas yang mewarnai seorang dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab dan juga merupakan salah satu patron utama suksesnya sebuah pekerjaan. Bertitik tolak dari permasalahan bahwa Tingkat Kedisiplinan Guru dengan Belajar Tuntas siswa. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka minat belajar (question research) siswa adalah Tingkat kedisiplinan mengenai Ketepatan, Ketaatan, Tanggung jawab, Tugas dan kewajiban. Teori yang digunakan adalah analisis Tingkat Kedisiplinan Gum dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif jenis kolerasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kedisiplinan Guru PAK memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan Belajar Tuntas siswa dimana 0,314 atau 31,4% Belajar Tuntas siswa merupakan hubungan dari tingkat kedisiplinan guru PAK dan sisahnya 0,686 atau 68,6% adalah faktor-faktor lain yang memiliki hubungan terhadap Belajar Tuntas siswa di SDN 3 Buntu Pepasan. Dengan demikian Hubungan Tingkat kedisiplinan Guru memiliki hubungan yang rendah dari faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Kedisiplinan, Belajar Tuntas. Starting from the problem that the level of teacher discipline with students' thorough leaming. From these problems, students' interest in leaming (question research) is the level of discipline regarding Accuracy, Obedience, Responsibility, Duties and Obligations. The theory used is an analysis of the level of teacher discipline with quantitative research methods of correlation type. The results showed that PAK teacher discipline has a significant relationship with students' Complete Leaming where 0.314 or 31.4% Complete leaming of students is the relationship of the discipline level of PAK teachers and the remaining 0.686 or 68.6% are other factors that have a relationship to leaming Completed students at SDN 3 Buntu Pepasan.
