Abstract :
Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah cara hidup manusia, bekerja dan berhubungan dengan yang lain. Hingga perkembangan revolusi industry 5.0, masyarakat dituntut pada kesiapan untuk lebih berpikir kritis dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan kreativitas. Keberadaan teknologi saat ini sudah berkembang pesat, khususnya di bidang teknologi. Kemampuan literasi teknologi adalah kemampuan yang paling penting dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana pentingnya keterampilan digital yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa Kepemimpinan Kristen terutama dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana perkembangan teknologi di era society 5.0 dan keterampilan digital didalmnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah kajian pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Mahasiswa kepemimpinan Kristen perlu untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif, kritis dan inovatif, memahami literasi teknologi untuk bersaing diantara perubahan yang ada. Kata Kunci: Teknologi, Era Society 5.0, Keterampilan Digital Technological developments have changed the way humans live, work and relate to others. Until the development of the industrial revolution 5.0, society is required to be prepared to think more critically and innovatively in developing creativity. The existence of technology is currently developing rapidly, especially in the field of technology. Technological literacy ability is the most important ability in dealing with technological developments. This research was conducted to see how important digital skills must be possessed by Christian leadership students, especially in facing the era of society 5.0. The aim of this research is to explain how technology develops in the era of society 5.0 and digital skills in it. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were literature review, interviews and observation. Christian leadership students need to develop creative, critical and innovative thinking skills, understand technological literacy to compete with existing changes.
