Abstract :
The Toraja Church of the Judea Dole' Congregation has run a Sunday school program every Sunday as an effort to achieve the church's mission. However, based on initial observations, several problems were found that require serious attention, namely the low participation of children in attending worship, minimal knowledge of the contents of the Bible, and limited ability to pray personally. This study aims to analyze the role of Sunday school teachers in increasing the activeness of children in attending worship at the Toraja Church of the Judea Dole' Congregation. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, the study explores more deeply the contribution of Sunday school teachers in fostering children's spirituality. The results of the study indicate that there are several significant challenges in the process of fostering children's faith, including low motivation to attend worship, limited understanding of the Bible, and minimal ability to pray. The study reveals the need to develop more innovative teaching methods, personal approaches, and comprehensive coaching strategies. The conclusion of the study emphasizes that the role of Sunday school teachers is not just teaching, but also forming the spiritual foundation of children holistically. An approach is needed that is able to inspire, motivate, and guide children in knowing and experiencing God's love. Keywords: Sunday School Teachers, Faith Formation, Worship Activity.
