Abstract :
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masalah siswa yang masih memiliki career decision making self efficacy rendah sebelum mengikuti layanan bimbingan karier di sekolah. Siswa yang memiliki self efficacy rendah ialah siswa yang belum mengetahui bakat dan juga kemampuannya serta tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri dalam menentukan pilihan kariernya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis layanan bimbingan karier dalam meningkatkan career decision making self efficacy. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada suatu latar alamiah untuk menafsirkan fenomena yang terjadi.

ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the problem of students who still have low career decision making self efficacy before attending career guidance services at school. Students who have low self-efficacy are students who do not know their talents and abilities and do not have confidence in determining their career choices. The purpose of this study is to analyze career guidance services in improving career decision making self efficacy. In this study, the method used is a qualitative method with field research used to collect data in a natural setting to interpret the phenomena that occur. In this study the author focuses on career guidance services in improving students' career decision making self efficacy where in that section the author discusses the types of career guidance services, general steps of career guidance services, and also how counseling guidance teachers provide career guidance services to improve students' career decision making self efficacy.
