Abstract :
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengambil judul "Efektivitas Pendekatan Appreciative Inquiry Bagi Pengembangan Spiritualitas Kaum Muda Sion. Spiritualitas tidak dapat dihilangkan dari kehidupan kita, sebab tanpa spiritualitas kita tidak menjalani kehidupan ini dengan baik dan benar. Sisi kehidupan terbaik kita adalah memiliki hubungan yang dekat dengan Allah dan mempengaruhi pandangan dan sikap kita baik terhadap diri sendiri maupun terhadap sesama dan dunia disekitar kita. Pengembangan spiritualitas sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka menjadi jalan untuk mengalami hubungan dengan Allah. Pemahaman konsep gereja, spiritualitas dan perkembangan diri menjadi konsep penting dalam membantu kaun muda mengembangkan spiritualitasnya. Pendekatan Appreciative Inquiry dicoba diterapkan dalam penelitian karena penulis berpendapat bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam menolong kaum muda mengembangkan diri dan dengan demikian spiritualitasnya . Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen untuk mencari tahu pengaruhnya terhadap pengembangan spiritualitas kaum muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan dalam penerapan pendekatan ini yang baik bagi pertumbuhan dan pengembangan spiritualitas kaum muda Sion. perbedaan dan pengaruh signifikan itu terlihat dari hasil olah data pre-test dan post-test dengan memakai uji statistika. ABSTRACT In this study, the author took the title "EJfectiveness of the Appreciative Inquiry Approach for the Spirituality Development of Zion's Youth. Spirituality cannot be removed from our lives, because without spirituality we do not live this life properly and correctly. The best side ofour life is having a close relationship with God and influencing our views and attitudes both towards ourselves and towards others and the world around us. The development of spirituality is needed in order to be a way to experience a relationship with God. llnderstanding the concept of church, spirituality and self-development is an important concept in helping young people develop their spirituality. The Appreciative Inquiry approach was tried to be applied in this research because the author believes that this approach is ejfective in helping young people develop themselves and thus their spirituality. This study uses quantitative research methods with experimental research types to find out its ejfect on the development of youth spirituality. The results of the study show that there is a significant ejfect in the application of this approach which is good for the growth and development of the spirituality of the youth of Zion. The dijference and significant ejfect can be seen from the results ofthe pre-test and post-test data processing using statistical tests. Keywords: Spirituality, Appreciative Inquiry, Development
