Terbalik Pada Siswa Kelas 11 Program Bahasa Di UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja.

Agama Kristen Negeri Toraja, 2021. Pandemi Covid-19 telah membuat
sekolah melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh di mana guru-guru masih
dominan hanya mengirimkan tugas-tugas kepada peserta didik tanpa
diberikan penjelasan tentang konsep materi yang diajarkan. Tambahan pula
siswa mengalami kekurangan motivasi dalam membangun karakter belajar
mereka yang positif. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan
penerapan nilai-nilai Kristen dan efektifitasnya dalam pembelajaran Bahasa
dan Sastra Inggris menggunakan strategi kelas terbalik; dan untuk
mendeskripsikan implementasi strategi kelas terbalik. Nilai spiritual, nilai
moral dan nilai sosial adalah tiga nilai Kristen sebagai acuan pembelajaran di
sekolah. Strategi kelas terbalik dapat menangani masalah yang berbeda pada
setiap siswa karena konteks pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Jenis
penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan 2 siklus serta
menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penulis melakukan observasi
langsung dan wawancara/angket. Penerapan nilai-nilai Kristen dalam
pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Inggris menggunakan strategi kelas terbalik
terlaksana dalam setiap fase pembelajaran, mulai dari kegiatan
pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup serta terwujud dalam
sikap menghormati, jujur, bertanggung jawab, berani, percaya diri, peduli,
penuh kasih, berkorban, murah hati, menolong, berbagi, bekerja sama,
kreatif, teliti, adil dan patuh. Efektifitas penerapan nilai-nilai Kristen antara
lain mendorong siswa untuk berkolaborasi, berpikir kritis, membangun
kreatifitas belajar dan menopang kemandirian siswa. Siswa memiliki
motivasi yang tinggi untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan mampu merespon
umpan balik atas konten pelajaran. Kelas terbalik diimplementasikan melalui
pengiriman video pembelajaran, materi di blog dan grup WhatsApp yang
selanjutnya diikuti presentasi setiap siswa melalui fasilitas web conference
Zoom, pengiriman video praktek kepada guru, penyampaian presentasi
melalui kolom komentar Zoom, YouTube, blog dan WhatsApp.

Learning English Language and Literature Using the Flipped Classroom Strategy
for Class XI Students of the Language Program at UPT SMAN 5 Tana Toraja.

Christian Institute of Toraja, 2021. The Covid-19 pandemic has made schools
conduct distance learning where teachers are still dominant only sending
assignments to students without being given an explanation of the concept of the material being taught. In addition, it was experienced that students had a lack of motivation in building their positive learning character. This research aims to describe Christian values application and their ejfectiveness in learning English Language and Literature using a reverse classroom strategy; and to describe the implementation of the flipped classroom strategy. Spiritual values, moral values and social values are three Christian values as a reference for learning in schools. The flipped classroom strategy can deal with various different problems for each student because of the student-centered learning context. The Classroom Action Research was applied with 2 cycles and uses a qualitative descriptive method. The author conducted direct observations and interviews/questionnaires. The application of Christian values in learning English Language and Literature using a reverse classroom strategy is carried out in every phase of learning, starting from preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities and is manifested in an attitude of respect, honesty, responsibility, courage, confidence, caring, loving, sacrificial, generous, helpful, sharing, cooperative, Creative, conscientious, fair and obedient. The effectiveness of the application of Christian values, among others,
encourages students to collaborate, think critically, build learning creativity and
support student independence. Students have high motivation to complete work and are able to respond to feedback on lesson content. The flipped classroom is
implemented through the delivery of learning videos, materials on blogs and
WhatsApp groups which are then followed by presentations by each student through the Zoom web conference facility, sending practice videos to teachers, delivering presentations through the comments column Zoom, YouTube, blog and WhatsApp. Keywords: Christian values, learning, flipped classroom.
