Abstract :
The leaves of this Javanese offering are one of the original Indonesian spice leaves. The purpose of this final project is to create a batik art work to be used as a wet wedding dress with a Javanese offering leaf motif which includes dadap serep leaves, fern leaves, puring leaves, and coconut leaves. , and rice leaves which have aesthetic value. The motif will be arranged horizontally in a coastal batik style which has a division of space into the head of the cloth, the body of the cloth and the edges of the cloth.The approach method used in the creation of this work is the aesthetic approach method and the creation method using the Practice Based Research method, namely research that begins with practical work. The embodiment process uses the written batik technique and the colet coloring technique. The stages of the embodiment of the work start from direct observation, patterning, insertion, color picking, blocking, dyeing, final painting, and finishing. The final result of this creation is in the form of 15 long cloths with Javanese offerings leaf motifs and made into 5 wet clothes. The work with this motif certainly has a uniqueness in the novelty of the motif, accompanied by a touch of a long coastal style cloth pattern.
