Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja berpengaruh dan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri mebel di Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada empat variabel sebagai faktor penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri mebel di Kota metro yaitu upah, harga bahan baku, harga output dan nilai investasi. Keempat variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dengan R2 sebesar 97,88% dan 2,12% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh koefisien dari Upah sebesar -0,13370, Harga Bahan Baku sebesar -0,06036, Harga Output sebesar 0,00882 dan Nilai Investasi sebesar 0,41561. This research uses multiple regression approach Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). Results of this study indicate that there are four variables as a factor labor absorption in furniture industries in the City metro that is wages, raw material prices, the price of output and the value of investments. Four variables has a significant influence on employment with R2 of 97,88% and 2,12% influenced by other variables outside the research. Based on the calculation coefficient obtained from the Wages amounted -0,13370, Raw Material Prices amounted -0,06036, Output Price amounted to 0,00882 and 0,41561 of Investment Value.
