Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujian untuk mengetahui hubungan power otot lengan dan koordinasi mata-tangan dengan hasil pukulan lurus pencak silat pada atlet Satria Muda Indonesia (SMI) sumpah pemuda Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah atlet pencak silat di unit latihan Gedung Sumpah Pemuda Bandar Lampung sebanyak 16 atlet dan teknik sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran berdasarkan hasil power otot lengan, koordinasi matatangan dan hasil pukulan lurus pencak silat. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot lengan (X 1 ) dengan hasil pukulan lurus (Y), dengan nilai r x1.y = 0,668 > r (0,05)(14) = 0,532, 2) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata-tangan (X 2 ) dengan hasil pukulan lurus (Y), dengan nilai r x2.y = 0,570 > r (0,05)(14) = 0,532, 3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot lengan (X 1 ) dan koordinasi mata-tangan (X 2 ) dengan hasil pukulan lurus (Y), dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel (13,078> 3,806). Kata Kunci: koordinasi mata-tangan, power otot lengan, pukulan lurus This study aims to determine the relationship between arm muscle power and eyehand coordination with the results of straight punches in pencak silat in athletes from the Satria Muda Indonesia (SMI) Sumpah Pemuda Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is correlational. The population in this study were pencak silat athletes from the Satria Muda Indonesia (SMI) Sumpah Pemuda Bandar Lampungt, as many as 16 athletes, and the sample technique used was total sampling.
