Abstract :
Perubahan yang cepat dan kompleks saat ini menuntut kepala sekolah untuk mendorong pendidik milenial agar memiliki visi yang jelas, fleksibilitas, dan kemampuan untuk mengatasi peluang dan tantangan yang hadir. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum meratanya pendidik mengintegrasikan karakter entrepreneurship di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh dari perilaku transformational leadership kepala sekolah dasar membangun karakter entrepreneurship generasi milenial Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex post facto. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 131 pendidik Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat Kota Bandar Lampung sehingga 56 pendidik dipilih menjadi sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan resgresi sederhana yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji prasyarat regresi yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perilaku transformational leadership kepala sekolah dasar terhadap karakter entrepreneurship generasi milenial di Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat Kota Bandar Lampung dengan persentase pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 0.340 atau 34% sedangkan 66% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel X. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional mampu menginspirasi, memotivasi, mempengaruhi, dan memberdayakan pendidik milenial untuk membangun karakter entrepreneurship yang diperlukan untuk memiliki kesiapan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang yang hadir. Kata Kunci : karakter entrepreneurship, perilaku transformational leadership kepala sekolah dasar. The current rapid and complex changes require principals to encourage millennial educators to have a clear vision, flexibility, and the ability to address the opportunities and challenges that present themselves. The problem in this study is the unevenness of educators integrating entrepreneurship characters in elementary schools. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the transformational leadership behavior of elementary school principals on building the entrepreneurial character of the millennial generation in Tanjung Karang Barat District, Bandar Lampung City. This research uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto type. This research uses simple random sampling technique. The population in this study was 131 elementary school educators in Tanjung Karang Barat District, Bandar Lampung City so that 56 educators were selected as samples. Data collection was done by questionnaire. Data analysis used simple regression which had previously been carried out regression prerequisite tests, namely normality test and linearity test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership behavior of elementary school principals on the entrepreneurship character of the millennial generation in Tanjung Karang Barat District, Bandar Lampung City with the percentage of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable of 0.340 or 34% while 66% is influenced by other factors outside variable X. The conclusion of this study is that transformational leadership of elementary school principals is the most important factor in the character of the millennial generation. The conclusion in this study is that transformational leadership is able to inspire, motivate, influence, and empower millennial educators to build the entrepreneurial character needed to have readiness to face the challenges and opportunities that are present.
