Abstract :
lay up pada pemain tim basket putra SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung.
Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan
sebanyak 20 siswa.
1) Power otot
tungkai memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil lay up sebesar 85%. 2)
Keseimbangan memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil lay up sebesar 44%. 3)
Kelentukan otot punggung memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil lay up sebesar
Kata Kunci: lay up, power otot tungkai, keseimbangan, kelentukan punggung.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle
power and lay-up results, determine the balance between the lay-up results, and
determine the relationship between back muscle flexibility and lay-up results for
the men's basketball team at SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung.
The method used is descriptive correlational. The sample used was 20 students.
Data analysis uses product moment correlation.
Data collection techniques using tests and measurements through the survey
method with the one shoot model. The research results show. 1) Leg muscle
power contributes to the lay up result by 85%. 2) Balance contributes to the result
of lay up by 44%. 3) The flexibility of the back muscles contributes to the lay-up
result by 71%. From the results of this study it can be concluded that leg muscle
power contributes to the lay-up results, and the one that contributes the most to
the lay-up results is leg muscle power.
Keywords: lay up, leg muscle power, balance, back flexibility.
