Abstract :
This study was conducted to examine the effect of Religiosity in affect work
family conflict to employee?s well-being. Questionnaires were distributed to the
teachers of Stella Duce Senior High School in Yogyakarta. Hierarchical regression
analysis was used to analyze the data obtained from 112 respondents.
The results of the analysis can be concluded that employee?s religiosity is the
moderator variable in the effect of work-family conflict to employee?s well-being.
Therefore, Stella Duce Senior High School as the company can make their employee
improve their spirituality life to reduce the negative effect of work-family conflict to
employee?s well-being.
The future research should use another school of Tarakanita Foundation
because Tarakanita Foundation has a lot of school in Yogyakarta and another city.
