Abstract :
This Legal Writing/Skripsi titled "CONVERSION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND INTO NON-AGRICULTURAL LAND FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT BASED ON SPATIAL PLAN DISTRICT BANTUL". Written by formulation of the problem of which how the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land for residential development in Kabupaten Bantul and whether the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land is in conformity with the Spatial Plan of Kabupaten Bantul. This research uses a type of empirical research. The results can be concluded that the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land for residential development in 2013 to 2015 in Kabupaten Bantul, especially in Kecamatan Banguntapan, Sewon, and Kasihan conducted on a land area of 67.690 m2 has obtained Klarivikasi license or Lokasi license. By obtaining the License of Clarification or License of location, it can be said that the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land for residential development in Kabupaten Bantul are in accordance with the plan to the Spatial Plan of Kabupaten Bantul.
