Abstract :
The title of this thesis is The Role of Notary and Fiduciary Registration Office to Create A Legal Compliance to Imposition of Fiduciary Guarantee In Order to Create The Rule of Law. The problems statement of this thesis is how the role of notary and fiduciary registration office to create a legal compliance to imposition of fiduciary guarantee in order to create the rule of law. The purpose of this thesis is to know how the role of notary and fiduciary registration office to create a legal compliance to imposition of fiduciary guarantee in order to create the rule of law. Juridical normative used as a method of this research. This method is research that fucused on positive law norms, especially related with notary and fiduciaryguarentee. This research conclude that the role of Notary and Fiduciary Registration Office to create a legal compliance and the rule of law related with imposition of fiduciary as arranged in Law Constitution Article 42 Year 1999 about Fiduciary Guarantee and Law Constitution Article 30 Year 1999 about Positions of Notary jo. Law Constitution Article 2 Year 2014 about Alteration of Constitution Article 30 Year 2004 about Notary Positions, described the certainty and legal compliance, however there are some weaknesses. That weaknesses on the Legal Constitution Article 42 Year 1999 about Fiduciary Guarantee are there is no clarity of the time limit of fiduciary guarantee registration, that guarantee less of law certainty for creditors and debtors.
