Abstract :
Copyright is a legal term used to describe the rights that creators have over their literary and artistic works. Copyright is a part of intelectual property that containing moral rights and economic rights. An author have moral rights and economic rights to be recognized as the creator and do some economic activities in order to gain some commercial advantage over the work he has created. Nowadays, copyright no longer be guaranteed because some people doing piracy and also sell it on trade center. To find solution from that problem, this essay created titled Trade Centers Management Responsibility on Copyright Pricay Selling. Based on Government regulations that banned piracy selling in trade center, this essay created. For further knowledges, researches conducted to found the rule application on trade centers. The research did using empiric method at several trade centers in Yogyakarta. From the research, we could found that not all of trade center applying the rules to the tenants. So, we could find conclusion from the problem that to help management to prevent penalty caused bad tenant, they can make agreement between them that declaring tenant not allowed to selling any kind of copyright piracy.
