Abstract :
It is undeniable that the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role in advancing the economy of a country. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise is a business activity which is able to expand employment and provides wider economic services to the Indonesian people. The development of a business can be affected by many factors, both internal and external factors. For external factors, there is one common problem that operators commonly deal, which is fund. In this case, Bank as a society-based banking institution cannot guarantee the capital for micro, small and medium enterprises. Based on these background problems, the writer is interested to make a research to raise the issue of judicial review to the existence of the adjustment of credit for micro, small, and medium enterprises.
