Abstract :
In this paper, the researchers discuss about the determination of the qualifications dossier perfect investigation as the basis for the indictment. The purpose of this study to obtain data on the determination of the qualification dossier perfect investigation as the basis for the indictment. In this research used normative research methods that do or focus on the positive legal norms in the form of legislation and interviews. The method of analysis using deductive method. in this thesis, it has been found in the results, that the determination of the qualification dossier perfect investigation as the basis for the indictment in Sleman District Attorney is effective and appropriate, because it has met the conditions set by the Act. As well as a perfect dossier as the basis for preparing the indictment so far unprecedented things are not desirable, so that the attainment of the objectives of the determination of the qualifying determination of qualification dossier investigation as the basis for the indictment to justice for all people.
