Abstract :
The juridical law writing entitled The Juridical Assessment Concerned in
Agreement of Flight Information Region (FIR) Indonesia-Singapore in Natuna
Island Reviewed by Chicago Convention in 1944 and The Impact on Sovereignty
of The Unitary Nation of Republic of Indonesia which aims to give knowledge in
the field of air law and to know The Juridical Assessment Concerning Toward
Agreement Flight Information Region (FIR) Indonesia-Singapore in Natuna
Island Reviewed by Chicago Convention in 1944. Agreement Between The
Government Of The Republic Of Indonesia And The Government Of The Republic
Of Singapore On The Realignment Of The Boundary Between The Singapore
Flight Information Region And The Jakarta Flight Information Region is the
Flight Information Region (FIR) deal between Indonesia and Singapore has some
disadvantages, namely that the exclusion of the termination toward the existence
of agreements Flight Information Region (FIR) between Indonesia and Singapore
as well as the provisions of article 5 in The Agreements Flight Information Region
(FIR) Indonesia-Singapore in 1995 with the Agreement between the Government
of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Singapore on
Military Training in Areas 1 and 2. The kind of research in this law?s writing uses
normative legal research. Normative legal research is a research focuses on the
positive law in the form of the International Conventions, The applicable
International Agreement, The Customary Law and Legislation Rules associated
withThe Juridical Assessment Concerned. The result of the law?s writing is that
The Agreement of Flight Information Region (FIR) Indonesia-Singapore 1995 has
been mandated by Chicago Convention 1944 in article 22 and article 68 and has
been reinforced in Annex 11 paragraph 2.1 which guarantees that the delegation
is not only part of the sovereignty of a nation but also a concept of safety in the
field of navigation services from one country to another country based on mutual
agreement in this case embodied in the agreement between the nations to manage
a navigation?s service from one country to other countries.
