Abstract :
This thesis entitle The Implementation of Registration of Customary Property Rights (Conversion of Customary Land) In Creating Legal Certainty In Merauke Regency. The problem formulation of this thesis is How does The Implementation of Registration of Customary Property Rights (Conversion of Customary Land) In Creating Legal Certainty In Merauke Regency. The type of research of this thesis is empirical legal research. The data consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected by giving questionnaire to respondents and conducting interview to the sources/speakers. The secondary data was collected by studying primary and secondary legal materials through library study. The analysis of the data used is qualitative data which outlines the data quality in the form of a regular sentence , cascading , logical , non-overlapping , and effectively so as to facilitate data interpretation and understanding of analytical results. The conclusions used deductive reasoning process , which started from the general proposition that has to be true then the conclusion of new knowledge in the form of a specilities. Registration of Customary Property Right (Conversion of Customary Land) in Creating Legal Certainty in Merauke Regency is accordance with Government Regulation Number 24 Year 1997 on Land Registration and PMNA / KBPN Number 3 of 1997 on the Implementation of Government Regulation Number 24 Year 1997 concerning the land Registration processes , requirements , and results. One out of four respondents of this thesis already got his certificate, the rest of them have to face the problem to get their certificate done.
