Abstract :
The tittle of this legal writing is ?Legal Certainty Towards The Implementation of Agricultural Land Redistribution Activity Derived From Absentee Land in Bantul Regency?. This research was aimed to know: 1. how the implementation of land redistribution activity derived from an absentee land in Bantul Regency in 2013; 2. was the recipient of an agricultural land redistribution derived from an absentee land in Bantul regency had accepted a legal certainty.This legal writing used an empirical method conducted directly to the respondents and sources based on the fact of the land on the site. The community in Sumber Agung Village head of Jetis District and Seloharjo Village Head and Srihardono Village Head of Pundong District, Bantul Regency majority had a subsistence of farmers and farmer labors who cultivate other?s lands. In order that the farmers had their own land so that the government of Bantul Regency conducted an agricultural land redistribution provided to 39 family heads in 55 land fields with 20,274 m2 land width. Out of 39 respondents obtained a new land redistribution with width of >0-100 M2 owned by one respondent (2.6 %), >100-500 M2 owned by 21 respondents (53.08%), >500-1000 M2 owned by 14 respondents (35.9%), >1,000-1,500 M2 owned by 3 respondents (7.7%). The program of providing land ownership through a Land Redistribution activity in Sumber Agung Village Head, Jetis District and Seloharjo Village Head and Srihardono Village Head of Pundong District, Bantul Regency had materialized a legal certainty due to the 39 respondents had accepted an ownership certificate on December 2013.
