Abstract :
The title of this research is: ?social rehabilitation for children as drugs abuse victims?. This purpose of this research is to know social rehabilitation to a child .This research method used is a normative legal research. Data was collected through literature and interviews with officer of BNNP and BRSPP in Yogyakarta. Based on the data analyzed, it can be concluded that the process of social rehabilitation against children in yogyakarta was undertaken in accordance with standard narcotics law in indonesia.
