Abstract :
The title of this thesis is ?The Fulfillment of Rights of Students with Disability on Higher State Education in Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta?. The aim of this research is to find out the fulfillment of the rights of students with disability on higher state education in Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta. This research uses normative law method, by doing abstraction toward the fulfillmentof rights of students with disability on higher state education in Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta. This research includes the description of positive law, the systematization of positive law, the analysis of positive law, the interpretation of positive law, and the assessment of positive law. A normative law research is a research which base on secondary data in the field of law. The sources of this secondary data are the primary law materials, the secondary law materials, and the tertiary law materials. The fulfillment of rights of students with disability on higher state education in Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta are through the provision of accessibility, administration, accompaniment, counseling, socialization, advocacy, discussion, training and research. This form of fulfilling rights has supported and helped the students with disability to acquire their rights on educational process, although it is still far from the expectation. The role of the Disable Service Center in making Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University a university that fulfill the educational rights of students with disability has not completely fulfilled. It means that the practice has not been fully in accordance with Law No. 8 in 2016 concerning Person with Disability and Law No. 12 in 2012 concerning Higher Education that the fulfilling of educational rights for person with disability in higher state education.
