Abstract :
In this paper, the researchers discuss the adoption of the Supreme Court Circular letter No. 4 of 2011 on the Corruption, a case study in the District Court of Corruption Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study to find out about the adoption of the Supreme Court circular letter No. 4 of 2011 on Corruption and obstacles that arise in the adoption of the Supreme Court Circular letter No. 4 of 2011 on Corruption. In this research used normative research method that focuses on the positive legal norms and interviews with judges in the District Court of Corruption Yogyakarta. In this thesis, it has been found in the results that the adoption of the Supreme Court Circular letter No. 4 of 2011 on Corruption is not currently able to relieve a justice collaborator and yet provide legal protection for a justice collaborator
