Abstract :
The letters of termination provisions for prosecution of suspected corruption cases always invites controversy, debate, and lead to negative perceptions of the performance of the law enforcement agencies, particularly the attorney. The letters of termination provisions for prosecution has always been the oversight and allegations that prosecutors are not serious to resolve corruption cases. In the eyes of the public who wish to be prosecuted corruption and condemnation, then the termination decrees granting the prosecution regarded as an act injuring the public sense of justice and hope in the fight against corruption. This type of research is the study of normative legal norm applicable law. Normative legal research is conducted legal research literature by examining library materials that are secondary data. The data used in this study is a secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Data collection study was conducted to study the literature of the legislation related to legal issues this study. Systematics legal writing consists of introduction covers, background issues, the formulation of the problem, purpose of the study, the benefits of research, the concept of limits, systematic legal writing, consideration of the public prosecutor to terminate for prosecution of corruption cases, Bibit-Chandra cases and consideration the prosecutor to terminate the prosecution.
