Abstract :
The countermeasures on narcotic crime in Wirogunan penitentiary through political-criminal study. A narcotics circumgyration has been strictly regulated by the constitution. The government, nowadays, launches free-narcotics movement (gerakan bebas narkotika) in the penitentiary. Meanwhile, there was illegal narcotics circumgyration case occurred in the penitentiary. How is the countermeasures on narcotic crime in Wirogunan penitentiary through politicalcriminal study. The case happened in December 2015 involved an administrator officer of Wirogunan penitentiary. The countermeasure on narcotics crime in the penitentiary is done through the penal and non-penal media. A penal media which is done, the executant of narcotics circumgyration will be chased and handed to the constabulary to be processed de jure. The non-penal policy done is internal searching, joint searching, human resources training, changing the officers? uniform and purchasing narcotics detector.
